Vibration and power plate sessions that build the strength, balance, and circulation your corrections depend on.
Exercise performed on vibration and power plates improves muscle strength, balance, and circulation. The plate adds rapid, controlled vibration to a movement you are already doing, which recruits far more muscle than the same movement on the floor. That matters here because strong, responsive muscles are what hold a spinal correction in place between visits.
Sessions are guided, short, and matched to what your body is ready for. Power plate work is the E in our E.A.T. protocol, so for most patients it comes before the adjustment, waking up the muscles that support the spine so the adjustment lands better and holds longer. Progressions are reviewed against your own measurements rather than a fixed schedule.
