The Youth & Vitality Workshop is a small-group session at the clinic, led by Dr. Johnsen, about staying strong and mobile as you get older. It is a talk you attend, not a treatment you book, and you are welcome to bring your partner or a family member along.
The starting point is this. Gravity, age, poor posture, old injuries, and disease all play a part in how your spine and your posture change over the years. Posture is not a cosmetic detail. It decides how easily you move, how well you balance, and how much of your energy an ordinary day quietly costs you.
The workshop covers what actually changes as you age, what you can do about it, and how to tell the difference between the two. Dr. Johnsen walks through posture and structure, strength and balance, inflammation and gut health, and circulation and recovery, and answers questions as they come up.
If you decide afterwards that you want to go further, care begins the same way everything here begins: a real analysis of your posture and, where it is useful, X-rays to confirm the strengths and weaknesses of your spinal structure. What follows is gentle and careful, with no sharp movements and no painful adjustments.

The workshop walks through the same four things, aimed at a different question: not just what hurts today, but how well you will move in ten years.
Gravity, age, and old injuries all pull your spine out of shape. Correcting the structure is what keeps movement cheap instead of costly.

Balance is the first thing to go and the easiest to train. Power plate work builds the strength that keeps you steady on your feet.

Energy, recovery, and how you feel day to day start in the gut. Nutrition support addresses what is quietly draining you.

Red light and laser therapy support local circulation and tissue repair, so recovery does not slow down as the years add up.

"We start with an analysis of your posture, using X-rays to confirm any strengths or weaknesses of your spinal structure. The treatment that follows is gentle and careful. No sharp movements or twisting, no painful adjustments, just gradual results, and a higher quality of life. Think of it as orthodontics for your spine."Dr. Elizabeth Johnsen
